Lost in nature

Today starts a series of pictures from Schinias national park, Greece. It is a place where you can get lost in nature and get away from the noise of the city. Also, it is the place where the battle of Marathon took place at 490 B.C.

Grest color and debth. I like how everything is in focus. Did you use a tripod. What kind of lense? Just really new to trying to make a composition insted of just taking a picture, so how people get these breath taking shots peaks my interest.

@AsISeeIt: I didn't use a tripod and took this picture with a Canon IXUS 80 IS, it's just a small camera, but I went there by bicycle so I couldn't carry many things. Thank you for your kind words.
